A curated selection of artisanal cheeses, presented by a representative of the historic affineur, brings French craftsmanship to one of the city’s most refined dining experiences, alongside a special cheese-inspired creation by Chef Andrea of La Scala.

A storied French lineage arrives in the heart of Bangkok with “Maison Mons”, the venerable affineur established in the 1960s.

Within the grand hall, framed by soaring architecture and the pagoda's serene view, a new chapter of "Cheese and Chat" unfolds. It is a rare invitation to go beyond the tasting; guests are invited to converse with the representative of French maturation, exploring a curated selection of rinds that have traveled from artisanal caves to one of Bangkok’s most iconic tables.
