Chapter Two of the second edition brings together The Sukhothai Chef and a Guest Chef to welcome Chinese New Year with auspicious flair, celebrating reunion, prosperity, and shared abundance through a legendary Sunday Brunch on 15 February for a wonderful afternoon filled with festive flavours and warm celebration.
The Sukhothai Bangkok continues our Culinary Journey with the launch of a new campaign that brings a storytelling dimension to our iconic Sunday Brunch. Designed as a series of themed chapters, the campaign highlights the chefs behind our kitchens, offering guests a deeper connection to the culinary talent, philosophies, and signature styles that define The Sukhothai Bangkok.
The upcoming edition takes place on 15 February 2026. Chapter Two of the second edition, The Sukhothai Chef and Guest Chef, celebrates the spirit of Chinese New Year, a time of reunion, prosperity, and shared abundance. This special edition brings together Chef Tuui, Executive Sous Chef of The Sukhothai Bangkok, and guest chef Chef Pom, an expert in Cantonese Chinese cuisine. Drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese New Year flavours, the chefs present their signature dishes through live cooking stations and curated tasting portions.
Beyond the culinary showcase, guests are warmly invited to join the Chinese New Year celebration featuring a traditional Lion Dance, taking place in front of the hotel lobby at 11:30 AM, before being welcomed into the immersive Sunday Brunch experience at 12:30 PM, marking an auspicious and celebratory start to the afternoon.
